At Sodexo, a Fortune 500 company and Europe’s second-largest organization in its industry, I elevate TCU Dining’s visual identity through student-centered marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and engagement. Managing creative efforts for a $34 million dining account, I collaborate with the marketing team and dining managers to develop compelling campaigns, redesign menu displays, and create captivating visual concepts tailored to the TCU community.
Being part of the organization of 144 events, I have helped create dynamic experiences that bring the campus community together and elevate the dining experience beyond just food—bringing students together, fostering engagement, and making campus life more immersive and memorable.

"Al Moro", which translates to "the toad", represents this year's trending pop-up restaurant at TCU, chosen by student vote. A tailored pasta menu forms the basis of its dining experience, allowing students to choose their own pasta type, sauce, proteins, final touches, and a unique dessert. Its branding perfectly marries and contemporary design, embodying Italy's culture through its color palette, imbued with a modern twist. The typography features bold, contemporary styling, while additional design elements inspired by various pasta shapes enhance the visual identity, creating a lively and engaging brand experience.

Piadina brings authentic Italian street food to TCU’s new medical school campus in downtown Fort Worth, offering a refined take on the classic flatbread. Rooted in tradition, yet designed for modern convenience, its branding reflects the rich heritage of Italian cuisine while embracing a sleek, contemporary feel. The logo, inspired by the flatbread itself, features encapsulated letters that mirror its organic, slightly uneven shape, enhancing the brand’s authenticity. This design element balances rustic charm with a clean, refined typographic approach, perfectly aligning with the sleek atmosphere of TCU's medical school campus.









My contributions have helped drive or 6% revenue growth, strengthening Sodexo’s connection with students through fresh, engaging, and immersive dining experiences. I provided photography for Legends, TCU’s exclusive dining service for football game suites, capturing vibrant images of the dining setups, menu items, and design creations for special chef displays. These visuals showcased the elevated dining experience, particularly when featuring guest chef for special events. Additionally, I designed ribbons and Jumbotron graphics to highlight food specials throughout the season and during games, ensuring that fans were consistently engaged with the culinary offerings. These efforts enhanced the overall game day experience and reinforced the connection between the dining services and the TCU community.
Through food photography, videography, content creation and design, I produce high-quality visuals that align with Sodexo’s commitment to innovation. I also work closely with key production partners to bring creative ideas to life while ensuring top-tier execution within various budget constraints.
